Ankeeta Manandhar is a dedicated psychologist with a Master’s in Psychology (Clinical) from Tribhuvan University. She works with people navigating some of life’s most difficult experiences — including trauma, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, and shaped by a genuine belief that healing looks different for every person. Ankeeta brings warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgemental presence to every session.
Ankeeta's research focuses on the lived experiences of individuals impacted by early relational trauma, exploring how neurobiological vulnerabilities and negatively biased self-concepts contribute to challenges like emotional dysregulation, self-injury, and suicidality, particularly in borderline personality disorder.
